Whole 30 day 7

Breakfast: 3 sunny side up eggs and 3 big handfuls of fresh spinach, gently sauteed

Lunch: leftover broiled chicken and veggies

Lunch part two: tuna lettuce wraps

Supper: Broccoli chowder, baked ham (from our pastured pig), and sweet potatoes.
